Celery Cream
Ingredients
1 Large piece of celery
2 Potatoes
1 cup of Cream
4 Garlic cloves
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation
Step 1 : Potatoes and celery are washed and properly disinfected.
Step 2 : Cut the base of the celery to leave only the green stems and cook them together with the potatoes.
Step 3 : The celery is removed at ten or fifteen minutes, while the potatoes are left until well cooked.
Step 4 : Once soft, both vegetables are processed in the food processor and added to the pot with the cream over low heat.
Step 5 : Crushed garlic is added, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, and stirred until a thick cream is obtained.
Step 6 : To serve, previously cooked and cooled glass noodles can be incorporated.
