Ingredients
2 pounds of Pork fat
1 pinch of Salt
Water
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot with water and salt to taste, add the pork fat cut into squares and let it boil over low heat until the water is reduced.
Step 2 : Stir to prevent sticking and fry the pork cracklings with the same fat they release.
