Ingredients

Chiviricos

1 cup of Wheat flour

½ teaspoon of Salt

1 tablespoon of Sugar

4 tablespoons of Oil

1 Egg

2 tablespoons of Dry wine

Water

Frying oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the dough, start by placing the flour on a surface and making a well in the center.

Step 2 : Then, add the salt, sugar, oil, egg, and wine.

Step 3 : Mix all the ingredients and stir in a circular motion with your fingers until you obtain a smooth dough.

Step 4 : Add small amounts of water as needed to form a soft dough.

Step 5 : Once the dough is ready, knead it lightly and let it rest for about an hour.

Step 6 : Next, take small portions of the dough and roll them out with a rolling pin or other utensil.

Step 7 : Finally, fry the portions in hot oil until golden.
