1 cup of All-purpose flour
½ teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Sugar
4 tablespoons of Oil
1 Egg
2 tablespoons of Dry white wine
Water
Oil for frying

Step 1 : To prepare the dough, start by placing the flour on a surface and make a well in the center.
Step 2 : Then, add the salt, sugar, oil, egg, and wine.
Step 3 : Mix all the ingredients and knead in a circular motion with your fingers until you get a smooth dough.
Step 4 : Add the necessary amount of water in small portions to form a soft dough.
Step 5 : Once the dough is ready, knead lightly and let it rest for about an hour.
Step 6 : Then, take small portions of the dough and roll them out with the help of a rolling pin or another utensil.
Step 7 : Finally, fry the portions in hot oil until they are golden brown.
