To prepare a delicious chorizo sandwich, the bread must be cut in half. Then cook the chorizo with the onion and peppers.
You can also add garlic, onion, chili, and tomato to the mix. A touch of golden and seasoned corn in oil will add an incredible flavor.

Ingredients
2 Bread
1 Green pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1 Red pepper
¼ tablespoon of Tomato
½ cup of Chopped onion
1 tablespoon of Oil
2 Cloves of garlic
2 Corn on the cob
200 grams of Chorizo
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the bread in half and heat it up.
Step 2 : In a skillet, cook the chorizo with the onion and peppers for ten minutes.
Step 3 : Chop the garlic, onion, and chili, while the tomato is julienned.
Step 4 : On the other hand, in a saucepan with oil, cook the seasoned corn with salt and pepper.
