Ingredients

600 grams of Beef

500 milliliters of Creole sauce

110 milliliters of Oil

60 milliliters of Dry wine

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Boiled cassava

Bell peppers

Petit pois

Preparation

Step 1 : The meat should be cleaned of fat and skin, then ground with a medium blade.

Step 2 : Next, it is seasoned with salt, pepper, and sour orange juice, and prepared with creole sauce.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, ensure that the cassava is already boiled, along with fat and dry wine.

Step 4 : Sauté the minced meat until it releases its juices, then add the wine and creole sauce, cooking for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, boil the side dishes and present on a roasting platter, placing the minced meat and cassava to the side, garnished with bell peppers and petit pois on top of everything in a serving dish or roasting tray.
