Ingredients

1 kilogram of Rice

1 Large onion

1 cup of Cream

4 Garlic cloves

Oil

Bay leaves

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Rice is washed and soaked overnight.

Step 2 : The next morning, it is cooked with twice the amount of water that would normally be used to eat it dry until soft, then excess water is removed and it is ground in the blender.

Step 3 : In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent.

Step 4 : Add the garlic and lightly brown.

Step 5 : Then, add the rice mixture, cream, and seasonings to taste.
