Step 2 : Place the saucepan over heat until the milk is warm, then remove from heat and add the lemon juice.
Step 3 : Cover the saucepan and let it sit for thirty minutes until the milk curdles.
Step 4 : Once curdled, add the sugar, cinnamon, and lemon peel strips.
Step 5 : Return the saucepan to medium heat and cook the sweet.
