Eggplant Casserole
Ingredients
2 Meaty eggplants
5 Pulpy bell peppers
1 Large onion
10 Salad tomatoes
10 Garlic cloves
¼ cup of Vinegar
½ cup of Raw sugar (dark)
1 teaspoon of Salt
¼ teaspoon of Pepper
2 Bay leaves
1 pound of Pumpkin
1 liter of Beef or chicken broth (cubes)
1 tablespoon of Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : In a suitable container, lightly sauté the garlic in the oil, then add all the previously chopped ingredients.
