Fish embutido

Tie it in a greased cloth with butter, cook in boiling water with salt, bay leaf, and peppercorns for about 1 hour. When removing it from the cloth before it cools, let it cool well before cutting it into slices.

Ingredients

3 cups of Ground raw fish

3 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Salt

½ teaspoon of Complete seasoning

1 tablespoon of Fat

1 tablespoon of Vinegar

2 Eggs

½ cup of Bread crumbs or ground

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite dish, first mix the fish with well-crushed garlic cloves, salt, spices, fat, and vinegar or lemon juice.

Step 2 : Then, add the bread and knead everything until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Step 3 : Once the desired consistency is achieved, shape the mixture into a sausage or cylinder and tie it in a cloth previously greased with butter.

Step 4 : Cook in boiling water with salt, bay leaf, peppercorns, according to taste, for approximately 1 hour.

Step 5 : When ready, remove it from the cloth before it cools and allow it to cool completely before cutting it into slices and enjoying this delicious recipe.
