Green Frutabomba Salad

Ingredients

½ Green frutabomba

1 Chicken bouillon cube

1 Garlic clove

½ Onion

½ Bell pepper

250 grams of Cooked pasta

1 Egg

100 milliliters of Oil

1 teaspoon of Sugar

Salt

Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1 : Dice the green frutabomba into small cubes.

Step 2 : Then, boil the green frutabomba cubes with the concentrated chicken bouillon cube until soft but not falling apart.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove from heat and let cool.

Step 4 : In a blender, place the cooked pasta, add the chopped garlic, onion, and bell pepper, and the whole egg, mixing well.

Step 5 : Gradually add the oil in a stream while continuing to mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.

Step 6 : Add salt, vinegar, and sugar to the mixture, adjusting to taste.

Step 7 : Then, mix the pasta with the boiled frutabomba.

Step 8 : Finally, garnish with whatever is available and let cool in the fridge for a while.
