Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by peeling the plantain and slicing it into one-centimeter thick rounds.
Step 2 : It is important to remove excess water from the slices using paper towels.
Step 3 : On the other hand, the malanga is also peeled and sliced into thinner rounds, about half a centimeter, as it requires a bit more cooking time.
Step 4 : Once the plantain and malanga slices are ready, fry them in hot lard or oil until golden and crispy.
