600 grams of Beef
500 milliliters of Creole sauce
110 milliliters of Oil
60 milliliters of Dry wine
1 pinch of Pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Boiled cassava
Red bell peppers
Green peas
Preparation
Step 1 : The meat should be cleaned of fat and skin, and then ground by the medium blade.
