Pickle sawfish steak
Ingredients
650 grams of Sawfish steak
170 milliliters of Vegetable oil
120 grams of Onions
120 grams of Peppers
5 grams of Garlic
10 grams of Salt
120 milliliters of Vinegar
1 Bay leaf
5 grams of Sweet paprika
12 Olives
1 pinch of Ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite dish, first season the fish steaks with salt and pepper, then fry them and place them in a clay pot.
Step 2 : In the same frying fat, add the onions sliced into rings, the peppers in strips, the crushed garlic, the pepper, the bay leaf, the sweet paprika, the olives, and the vinegar.
