4 Sweet small pineapples
1 Ripe melon
1 Ripe grapefruit
Orange juice
120 milliliters of Rum
20 milliliters of Grenadine
Mint leaves

Step 1 : The preparation begins by cutting the pineapple in half, hollowing it out with a spoon for "fruit pearls" and discarding the fibrous part in the center.
Step 2 : Then, the pulp is placed in a bowl and the shells are reserved.
Step 3 : The same procedure is followed with the melon, discarding the seeds and shells, and adding the pulp to the same bowl along with the grapefruit segments without skin, also known as "supremes."
Step 4 : To this mixture, add the rum and grenadine, stirring well.
