4 Large potatoes
150 grams of Meat
50 grams of Creole sauce
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dish, you must first chop the potatoes and portion the meat to then boil and shred it.
Step 2 : Next, prepare the Creole sauce and cook the potatoes in salted water until soft, then mash them into a puree.
Step 3 : Once you have the mashed potatoes, mix the shredded meat with the Creole sauce and season to taste, keeping it all cooking for a few minutes.
Step 4 : Then, grease a tray and spread a layer of mashed potatoes at the bottom, on which you will place the meat mixture and cover with another layer of mashed potatoes.
Step 5 : Finally, place the tray in the oven and bake until golden brown.
Step 6 : Once it has cooled slightly, you can portion the dish and serve.
