Potato Salad

450 grams of Potatoes

120 grams of Mayonnaise

4 grams of Chopped parsley

30 grams of Onion

5 grams of Garlic

10 milliliters of Lemon juice

Step 1 : To begin, peel and cut the potatoes into julienne strips, then cook them in salted water with lemon juice.

Step 3 : Then, mix them with the cooled potatoes that have been refreshed in cold water.

Step 4 : Once the potatoes and onions are combined, season with pepper, salt, well-mashed garlic, and chopped parsley.

Step 5 : Next, add the mayonnaise and mix everything very well without breaking the potatoes.
