Ingredients

1 cup of Rice

1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Fat

50 grams of Grated cheese

10 Sprigs of parsley

1 pinch of Pepper

2 Eggs

50 grams of Flour

100 milliliters of Frying oil

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 Medium onion

1 Ripe tomato

1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Sugar

10 Sprigs of parsley

2 tablespoons of Broth

1 teaspoon of Flour

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by boiling the rice in a pot with water and salt.

Step 2 : Once ready, drain it and mix it with oil and grated cheese.

Step 3 : Let the mixture cool slightly and then add chopped parsley, pepper, and 2 egg yolks.

Step 4 : When the mixture is completely cold, take spoonfuls of it and shape the croquettes.

Step 5 : Coat the croquettes with flour and then with the beaten egg whites.
