300 grams of Cooked white rice

½ cup of Flour

30 milliliters of Milk

2 Eggs

10 Parsley sprigs

2 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 cup of Frying oil

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, mix the cooked rice with the flour.
