Stuffed Potato
Ingredients
2 pounds of Potato
1 cup of Mince
2 Onions
2 Garlic cloves
2 Eggs
½ Bitter orange or lemon
1 Chili pepper
Breadcrumbs
Parsley
1 pinch of Salt
Frying oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by making a thick purée.
Step 2 : Once ready, simultaneously cook the parsley with the garlic, onion, chili pepper, bitter orange, more parsley, salt, and a tablespoon of oil.
Step 3 : When the purée is warm, take a portion in your hand, flatten it, and place the mince in the center.
Step 4 : Then, add another portion of purée on top and shape it into a potato or large ball.
Step 5 : Next, bread twice and fry in hot oil.
