1 cup of Ground meat

2 Onions

2 Garlic cloves

2 Eggs

½ Sour orange or lemon

1 Chili pepper

Breadcrumbs

Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by making a thick mashed potato.

Step 2 : Once ready, simultaneously, cook the parsley together with the garlic, onion, chili pepper, sour orange, more parsley, salt, and one tablespoon of oil.

Step 3 : When the mashed potato is warm, take a portion in your hand, flatten it, and place the ground meat in the center.

Step 4 : Then, add another portion of mashed potato on top and mold into the shape of a potato or large ball.

Step 5 : Next, coat twice with breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
