Ingredients

400 grams of Mayonnaise

200 grams of Onion

10 grams of Pickles

100 grams of Capers

10 grams of Garlic

1 pinch of Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the tartar sauce, start by cutting the onion into thin julienne and then passing it through hot water using a Chinese strainer.

Step 2 : Proceed to cut the pickles in the same way, squeezing a little to remove some of the liquid.

Step 3 : Finely chop the capers and parsley, and crush the garlic.

Step 4 : Finally, mix all the ingredients with the mayonnaise until you have a smooth sauce.
