Ingredients

12 Sweet corn ears

1 cup of Vegetable broth

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Butter

½ teaspoon of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Salt

3 tablespoons of Ketchup

Step 1 : To start, grate the corn and then add the vegetable broth, processing it through a fine sieve.

Step 2 : Then, cook the mixture over low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 3 : Once that time has passed, remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool.

Step 4 : Next, incorporate the lightly beaten egg yolks, butter, sugar, and salt into the cooled mixture.

Step 5 : Cook again over low heat for an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 6 : Then, let the mixture cool before folding in the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks, mixing evenly.

Step 7 : Pour the preparation into a previously greased mold and cook in a water bath for 15 minutes.

Step 8 : When serving, add ketchup on top.
