1 cup of Peeled and chopped yuca

1 Egg (yolk)

2 tablespoons of Grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon of White flour

½ teaspoon of Baking powder

1 pinch of Salt

1 Egg white

1 cup of Syrup-ready syrup
