½ kilogram of Tender coconut pulp

4 Eggs

1 cup of Sugar

3 Egg yolks

1 Splash of vanilla

Step 4 : Then, in a blender, combine the eggs, yolks, coconut, vanilla, and the remaining sugar.

Step 5 : Mix until the coconut is completely ground.

Step 6 : Let the mixture rest to remove the egg foam and pour it over the caramel in the flan mold.

Step 7 : Bake in a water bath in the flan mold for about an hour and a half.

Step 8 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool.
