Ingredients

1 Bread slices

6 Eggs

1 can of Condensed milk

150 grams of Grated coconut

Water

Liquid caramel

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the condensed milk.

Step 2 : Using the empty can as a measure, add one measure of water to the mixture.

Step 3 : Once everything is well beaten, incorporate the sliced bread and grated coconut.

Step 4 : Then, pour the mixture into a pudding mold previously coated with liquid caramel.

Step 5 : Let it rest for an hour and cook in a bain-marie.

Step 6 : To check if it is ready, insert a toothpick, and if it comes out clean, it is done.

Step 7 : Let it cool and refrigerate to serve cold.
