Ingredients
2 cups of Grated coconut
2 cups of Sugar
2 cups of Water
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a saucepan, mix the coconut, sugar, water, and salt.
Step 2 : Cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3 : If desired, add cinnamon stick or vanilla.
