Corn and Pumpkin Flan

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of Fresh corn

50 grams of Pumpkin puree

3 cups of Corn silk water

cup of Sugar

1 Cinnamon stick

1 Lemon peel

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a container, mix the corn with the corn silk water and grated pumpkin.

Step 2 : Then strain the mixture and add the sugar and other ingredients, except the vanilla.

Step 3 : Cook and stir constantly until the mixture thickens.

Step 4 : Once thickened, remove from heat and add the vanilla.

Step 5 : Then pour the mixture into a mold previously coated with caramel.

Step 6 : Allow to cool before unmolding.
