Ingredients

5 tablespoons of Sugar

500 milliliters of Evaporated milk

500 milliliters of Condensed milk

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the vanilla flan, first melt the sugar in a saucepan to make caramel.

Step 2 : Then, prepare the mold with the caramel, making sure to distribute it evenly.

Step 3 : In a separate bowl, mix the beaten eggs with the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.

Step 4 : Carefully pour this mixture into the mold over the caramel.

Step 5 : Next, place the mold in a larger container with hot water to cook in a water bath for about 45-50 minutes, or until the flan is set.

Step 6 : You can check the cooking by inserting a knife in the center.

Step 7 : Once ready, remove the mold from the water bath and let it cool to room temperature.
