500 milliliters of Milk
4 Egg yolks
125 grams of Sugar
50 grams of Cornstarch
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
Lemon zest
1 Cinnamon stick

Step 1 : To prepare this custard cream, start by infusing 150 ml of milk.
Step 2 : Then, heat the rest of the milk without boiling and add lemon zest, vanilla, and cinnamon to infuse for 30 minutes.
Step 3 : Dissolve the cornstarch in the reserved milk separately.
Step 4 : In a saucepan, whisk the egg yolks with sugar and then add the milk with the cornstarch.
Step 5 : Incorporate the warm infused milk, strain it, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
