Dobosh Tropical
Ingredients
300 grams of Butter
350 grams of White sugar
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract
170 milliliters of Milk
500 grams of Maria cookies
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, beat 250 grams of butter with 200 grams of sugar until smooth cream is obtained.
Step 2 : Then, add the eggs individually, mixing well after adding each one, and incorporate the vanilla.
Step 3 : Next, line a mold with cookies previously soaked in milk and vanilla, alternating layers of cookies and the prepared butter cream.
Step 4 : Once the Dobosh is assembled, place it in the freezer for a period of 2 to 3 hours to set.
Step 5 : After this time, remove the dessert from the mold and cover it with the hot caramel prepared with the remaining 50 grams of butter and 150 grams of sugar.
Step 6 : It is important to be careful when adding the caramel, as it should be done quickly before it cools.
Step 7 : To facilitate cutting and serving more easily, it is recommended to mark the portions in the Dobosh before the caramel cools completely.
