Ingredients

6 Eggs

400 grams of Condensed milk

Water

Liquid caramel

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the flan, beat the eggs in a bowl until they reach a homogenous consistency.

Step 2 : Then, add the condensed milk, mixing it carefully until fully integrated.

Step 3 : Next, fill the empty condensed milk can with water and pour this mixture over the previous preparation, making sure to integrate all ingredients evenly.

Step 4 : In a flan mold, spread the liquid caramel and then pour the mixture prepared in the previous step.

Step 5 : Cover the flan mold with aluminum foil tightly and place it in a tray with approximately 2 cm of water.

Step 6 : Place the flan mold in a preheated oven at a medium-low temperature for around 2 hours, or until the flan is fully cooked.

Step 7 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating.

Step 8 : Carefully unmold the flan and spread the liquid caramel on the surface before serving.
