Ingredients

½ cup of White sugar

5 Eggs

1 can of Condensed milk

1 cup of Milk

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the flan de leche, the first step is to melt the half cup of sugar and coat a mold with the melted caramel.

Step 2 : Next, beat the eggs and add the condensed milk, cow's milk, and vanilla.

Step 3 : It is important to mix this preparation well before pouring it into the caramel-coated mold.

Step 4 : Once the mold is filled, the flan should be cooked in a water bath for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5 : To check if it is ready, you can insert a toothpick in the center and it should come out clean.

Step 6 : If using a pressure cooker, it is recommended to use a covered mold.

Step 7 : If baking the flan, it should be placed in a preheated oven at 190°C for 45 minutes.

Step 8 : Once the flan is ready, let it cool, unmold, and serve with caramel on top.
