Fruit ice cream
Ingredients
1 pound of Peeled fruits
Juice of one orange
Juice of ½ lemon
1 ½ pound of Ground sugar
2 cups of Cream
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dessert, you must disintegrate the pulp of the fruits until you get a thick purée.
Step 2 : Then, place it in a glass container and add the previously strained orange and lemon juice.
Step 3 : Incorporate the sugar and store the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 4 : The next day, beat the cream until thickened and then mix it with the fruit preparation.
Step 5 : Pour the mixture into the mold you have chosen and place it in the freezer until it acquires consistency.
