½ cup of Butter
½ cup of Milk
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
1 teaspoon of Baking soda
1 pinch of Salt
1 Handful of raisins

Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite raisin cake, the first step is to sift the flour and then add the baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and then set aside this mixture.
Step 2 : On the other hand, in a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Step 3 : Then, add the milk, vanilla, and butter, and mix everything well.
Step 4 : Next, gradually add the flour and raisin mixture, integrating everything until a dense and uniform dough is obtained.
Step 5 : Subsequently, place the batter in a rectangular mold previously lined and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes, or until a wooden stick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 6 : Once the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool before unmolding it.
