Guava and Cheese Flan
Ingredients
12 ounces of Evaporated milk
14 ounces of Condensed milk
12 ounces of Whole milk
1 cup of Guava paste
12 ounces of Cream cheese
1 cup of White sugar
6 Eggs
Preparation
Step 1 : Place half a cup of sugar in the flan mold and caramelize it, then let it cool.
Step 2 : In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, the milks, the remaining sugar, the guava paste, and the cream cheese, and blend well.
Step 3 : Add the mixture to the caramelized mold and cook in a water bath in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes.
Step 4 : Check the cooking with a toothpick and let it cool before unmolding.
Step 5 : To prepare the guava topping, mix guava chunks, sugar, and white wine.
Step 6 : Cover the flan with this mixture and refrigerate.
Step 7 : Once ready, unmold the flan and serve with small cream cheese balls.
