Ingredients

220 grams of Ripe guavas

¼ Chocolate tablets for decoration

500 milliliters of Whipping cream

3 cups of Gentle liquor

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the dessert, start by melting the chocolate over low heat.

Step 2 : Next, add the whipping cream and beat until smooth cream.

Step 3 : Then, set aside two guavas and blend the remaining ones, peeled and cleaned, in the blender.

Step 4 : Pour the resulting mixture into the chocolate cream, add the liquor, and whisk all ingredients together.

Step 5 : Cut one of the reserved guavas into small squares and add them to the mixture.

Step 6 : Subsequently, place the cream in cups and freeze for ten minutes.

Step 7 : To decorate, cut the remaining guavas into crescent shapes and place them on top of the cups.
