8 Ripe red guavas

500 grams of Sugar

2 Small pieces of lemon peel

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 2 : Then, peel them carefully and place the peels in a pot and the guavas in another container.

Step 3 : Once all the guavas are peeled, cut them in half and remove the seeds with a teaspoon, placing them in the pot with the peels.

Step 4 : Next, add sugar, salt, and lemon peels to the pot containing the peels and seeds.

Step 5 : Cook over low heat until the guava shells are shiny and the syrup is not too thick.
