2 cups of Sugar
½ Butter stick
Vanilla
1 cup of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot, add water, sugar, and butter.
Step 2 : Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and cook over medium heat until it reaches the thread stage.
Step 3 : Once reached, pour the mixture into a long baking dish and let it cool enough to handle.
Step 4 : Put a few drops of oil on your hands so the mixture doesn't stick, and while kneading, add the vanilla.
Step 5 : The paste should be molded and twisted until it reaches an almost solid consistency.
