Ingredients
350 grams of Papaya
150 grams of Sugar
1 Lemon
250 milliliters of Cream
1 Cinnamon stick
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : Peel the papaya and cut it in half, then cut each half into four parts.
Step 2 : Place the fruit in a pot with sugar, a pinch of salt, a cinnamon stick, and the zest of half a lemon.
Step 3 : Cover everything with water and let it cook over low heat.
