Ripe Plantain Flan
Ingredients
6 Ripe plantains
8 Eggs
1 liter of Milk
2 cups of Sugar for the flan
100 grams of Sugar for the caramel
¼ cup of Sweet sherry
1 cup of Chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1 : The first task is to melt the sugar to prepare the caramel and cover a mold with it.
Step 2 : Next, blend the ripe plantains with the eggs, milk, sugar for flan, sweet sherry, and nuts.
Step 3 : After blending, add the chopped nuts to the mixture and pour the resulting mixture over the caramel in the mold.
Step 4 : Once this is done, cook in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
Step 5 : Then, cool and carefully unmold the flan.
