Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Ice Cream

1 cup of Unsalted sweet potato puree

3 cups of Unsalted pumpkin puree

8 tablespoons of Powdered milk

3 cups of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Vanilla

2 cups of Water

4 Eggs

½ teaspoon of Lemon zest

1 tablespoon of Chocolate pudding

1 tablespoon of Cocoa powder

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the ice cream, it is recommended to start by blending the warm sweet potatoes and pumpkin, along with the sugar, milk, vanilla, lemon zest, egg yolks, and water.

Step 2 : Once blended, pour the mixture into a container and allow it to cool.

Step 3 : Then, place the container in the freezer and once semi-frozen, fold in the beaten egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 4 : Mix well and freeze again.

Step 5 : For decorating the ice cream, you can make a chocolate figure.
