Ingredients

2 pounds of Sweet potatoes

6 Eggs

½ cup of Dry wine

2 cups of Sugar

½ teaspoon of Salt

1 cup of Raisins

1 cup of Peanuts

4 tablespoons of Butter

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dessert, start by cooking the sweet potatoes in boiling water with a pinch of salt.

Step 2 : Once they are soft, mash them until you get a smooth puree to which you will add the other ingredients.

Step 3 : Then, pour the puree into a mold previously caramel-coated and bake in a water bath at 350°F for about an hour and a half, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 4 : Ready to enjoy this exquisite dessert.
