Traditional Curdled Milk Sweet
Ingredients
1 liter of whole milk
1 ounce of lemon juice
1 cup of brown sugar
2 sticks of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a saucepan, pour the milk and add 1 ounce of lemon juice.
Step 2 : Proceed to boil the mixture with lemon peel.
Step 3 : Once the milk boils, the whey will separate and white lumps will form.
Step 4 : Add sugar, salt, and cinnamon, then boil and stir the preparation.
Step 5 : The more you stir, the more the lumps will dissolve.
Step 6 : Remove the saucepan from the heat when the mixture dries and forms a syrup.
Step 7 : Before serving, remove the cinnamon and lemon peels.
