Ingredients
1 cup of Water
1 cup of Sugar
Cinnamon
2 Eggs
½ teaspoon of Salt
1 ½ cup of Condensed milk
¾ cup of Rum
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by preparing a thick syrup with water, sugar, and cinnamon or nutmeg, which should be completely cooled.
Step 2 : Then, beat the eggs with salt until thick.
Step 3 : Next, add the cold syrup, condensed milk, and rum, and continue beating for 2 to 3 more minutes or until the mixture is creamy.
Step 4 : This delicious Crema de Vie is served cold with crushed ice and enjoyed to the fullest.
