Ingredients
30 milliliters of White rum
1 Lime
Mineral water
Sprigs of mint
1 tablespoon of Sugar
Crushed ice
Preparation
Step 1 : In the mojito glass, preferably wide, place a large spoonful of sugar, a leafy sprig of mint, and the lemon juice, leaving a slice reserved for decoration.
Step 2 : Using a mortar and pestle, mash the ingredients in the glass to extract the essential juices of the mint until the sugar is completely dissolved.
