1 Sweet small pineapple

½ cup of Coconut cream

Crushed ice

60 milliliters of Rum

Preparation

Step 2 : Next, extract the pineapple juice and place it in the blender along with the coconut cream, rum, and ice.

Step 3 : The amount of pineapple pulp can be adjusted according to thickness preference.

Step 4 : To serve, pour the mixture into the pineapple and garnish with a cocktail umbrella and a slice of pineapple.
