Ingredients

2 pounds of Rice

1 ½ pound of Pork meat

3 tablespoons of Fat

1 teaspoon of Salt

6 cups of Broth (cubed)

1 Onion

3 Garlic cloves

1 Chili pepper

¼ teaspoon of Cumin

1 teaspoon of Bijol or saffron

Preparation
