Ingredients

2 pounds of Arroz

2 pounds of Masa de pescado

6 cups of Caldo, preferably de pescado

4 tablespoons of Grasa

1 Cebolla

3 Dientes de ajo

1 Ají grande

1 Limón

3 tablespoons of Harina de castilla

1 Ramita de perejil

3 tablespoons of Puré de tomate

1 teaspoon of Sal

1 teaspoon of Bijol

1 pinch of Pimienta

Pimientos morrones

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, you must marinate the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon in advance.

Step 2 : Then, in a skillet, sauté chopped onion, garlic, and chili.

Step 3 : Add the tomato puree, some of the bell peppers, and chopped parsley.

Step 4 : Coat the fish rounds with flour and add them to the sauté.

Step 5 : Remove the fish rounds and set them aside.

Step 6 : In the same skillet, mix the remaining sauté with broth and cook over low heat.

Step 7 : Add bijol for color, boil for a bit, and then add the rice.

Step 8 : Stir well and cook until the rice has absorbed most of the liquid.

Step 9 : Place the fish, preferably in rounds, on top of the rice and continue cooking until done.

Step 10 : To finish, garnish the dish with the rest of the bell peppers.
