Arroz Los Tres Reyes combines classic flavors of Cuban cuisine in every bite, sesame seeds, ham, and celery harmoniously come together in this exquisite dish that is a true feast for the senses.
In a hot pot, finely chopped onion and julienne tomato are sautéed. The ham is browned in a skillet before joining the mix.
Eggs are beaten and added, cooking for a few minutes. Subsequently, the rice is incorporated and cooked over low heat.

Arroz Los Tres Reyes
Ingredients
4 cups of Cooked white rice
2 Onions
3 Tomatoes
1 Bunch of celery
4 Eggs
2 cups of Diced ham
4 tablespoons of Toasted sesame seeds
3 tablespoons of Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, pour the oil and heat it.
Step 2 : Sauté the finely chopped onion and add the seedless julienne tomato.
Step 3 : In a greased skillet, sauté the ham, then add it to the onion and tomato mixture.
Step 4 : Lightly beat the eggs and incorporate them into the sauté, cooking for a few minutes.
Step 5 : Subsequently, add the rice and stir, cooking over low heat.
Step 6 : With about 5 minutes left to finish cooking, add the uncut celery leaves.
Step 7 : Before serving, garnish the rice with toasted sesame seeds.
Step 8 : It is recommended to serve the dish with ripe plantains, previously drained on kitchen paper.
