180 grams of Bacon
30 grams of Garlic
1 Bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1 : The chef began by carefully selecting high-quality meat, ideal for roasting, keeping its original shape.
Step 2 : Then, she removed the skin from the meat and stuffed it with bacon, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Step 3 : Next, she peeled the onions and cut them irregularly, and also peeled and crushed the garlic in a mortar.
Step 4 : In a saucepan with plenty of hot fat, the chef browned the meat at high heat.
Step 5 : Then, she took out the meat from the pan and added the garlic, onion, and bay leaf, sautéing them together.
Step 6 : She covered the pan and transferred the preparation to a preheated oven at 140 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
Step 7 : During the cooking time, the chef constantly turned the meat to ensure even cooking.
