Ingredients

2 pounds of Fish fillet

1 cup of Vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of Salt

Lemon juice

1 teaspoon of Pepper

2 Beaten eggs

1 cup of Bread or cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the fish, it is recommended to season it with lemon juice, salt, and pepper at least one hour before cooking.

Step 2 : Then, dip the fillets in beaten egg and bread crumbs twice.

Step 3 : Once prepared, fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 15 minutes, flipping them at least once to brown on both sides.

Step 4 : Finally, the fish can be served alone or accompanied by the preferred sauce.
